Project Details

The mission of the Elpizo Fund is to reach and empower communities with transformational programs and opportunities. 

BCMason Group was chosen to provide construction management services for this historic project in the Bordeaux community. In partnership with the Elpizo Fund and ICF Builders & Consultants, BCMG will manage the shell and tenant build of this  three-story, 15,000 square-foot mixed-use building.
