Placemakr offers apartment-like spaces in hand picked neighborhoods. Placemakr Music Row is nestled in the heart of Nashville, central to Music Row, Downtown, West End, and Hillsboro Village.

Placemakr Music Row was Placemakr's first purchase in Nashville, and they enlisted BCMG to provide pre construction services. During that time, a strong relationship was established, and Placemakr requested BCMG to manage the full construction phase of the project.

 

In working with BCMG, Placemakr was able to successfully have its property reclassified for short-term rentals. This project was also completed under budget and on schedule.
