Placemakr offers apartment-like spaces in hand picked neighborhoods. Its second location in Nashville, Placemakr Premier SoBro, is in the heart of Lower Broadway’s most popular dining and entertainment area. 

 

Placemakr entrusted BCMG to renovate a stable tower in one of its flagship luxury properties. Initially, BCMG was contracted to assist in permit submittals and the property's reclassification for STRs, enabling Placemakr to support short-term stays. 

 

BCMG also led the renovation work while tenants occupied the building.
